NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - DHAKA COLLEGE HSC ’89 FOUNDATION

In pursuant of the Article 32 of the constitution of the foundation, notice is hereby given that the 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of the Dhaka College HSC’89 Foundation will be held on 23 October 2021, at 4:30 pm at the Hall Room of the Dhanmondi Club, Level 6 of Metro Shopping Mall, Mirpur Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka.

Agenda:

To confirm Minutes of the last AGM held on 25th January 2020;
To confirm Annual Report of the Foundation for the year 2020;
To consider Audited Financial Statement for year ended 31 December 2020;
To consider amendment of constitution by the EC of the Foundation;
To consider any other business subject to prior permission of the chair.
